The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which simplified my arrival and departure. I found the room to be modern and very clean with great amenities. The staff provided attentive and friendly service in the restaurant and bar.

The soundproofing could be improved as some noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable.

the hotel location is really amazing because it is very close to termini station. i found it super convenient for all my travels around the city. also, the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, and they all speak english, super important for me. my room safety was good and clean!

the air conditioning was not working so well. it got a little warm even with the window open.

The room I had, a Beautiful King Room, was disappointing. The air conditioning did not work correctly. The room became very hot. The in-room thermostat looked to not function. The temperature was centrally controlled, not ideal for me.
